Job Description:

• Receive customer information through channels such as marketing data, website bookings, partners, and direct inquiries.
• Handle customer requests such as seat reservations, price calculation, and quoting airline tickets.
• Advise customers on ticket conditions, airline policies, and refund/exchange procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and update customer records regularly.
