Requirements:

• Graduated from college or university or currently a final-year student (preferably in Consulting, Education, Marketing, or Korean Language).
• Good communication skills, ability to listen and persuade customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Priority for candidates with experience in study abroad consulting or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Korean language is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Receive and handle consultation requests from customers via channels such as in-person, phone, email, and social media.
• Provide counseling on study abroad programs in Korea, including school selection, majors, tuition fees, and related procedures.
• Assist parents and students in preparing study abroad documents, visa applications, and other necessary procedures.
• Update information and policies from Korean universities and colleges for timely and accurate consulting.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth consultation and document processing.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
