Chung Ang University (CAU) was founded in 1918. Initially, it was a private kindergarten under a Catholic convent system and became an all-girls school for kindergarten teacher training in 1922. In 1953, it was officially accredited as Chung Ang University and has continuously developed its educational quality and reputation for more than 70 years.

1. Admission Requirements
- High school graduation with a GPA of 7.0 or above
- Graduated from high school or university within the last 1.5 years
- Accepts bank books from Vietnam or Korea with a balance of 10,000 USD or more (deposit period must be at least 1 year from the account opening date)
- Priority given to students with a Korean bank account opened in Vietnam (Woori, Shinhan, Hana)
- After submitting a Vietnamese bank balance certificate, the university may require an additional Korean bank account (10,000 USD) if necessary, after the interview.
